Healthy eating

However, not all foods offer the same health benefits. This depends on the type of food and the nutrients contained within it.

Below are the three main food groups and the types of food within each group:

Energy Foods (Provide Strength and Fuel):

Found in sweet-tasting foods, such as sugar, whether it’s cane sugar, palm sugar, or honey. Starchy foods, such as bread and rice noodles, also provide energy. Fats and oils from plants, like peanut oil, coconut oil, and fish fat, are also included in this group.
Body-Building Foods (Promote Body Growth):

Found in all types of fish (whether small or large fish), poultry eggs, all kinds of meat, and legumes such as peanuts, soybeans, and mung beans.
Protective Foods (Protect the Body from Diseases):

Found in vegetables and fruits (especially green leafy vegetables and fruits that are green or ripe yellow in color).
Therefore, consuming food daily is essential to provide energy for the body, support organ growth, and strengthen health to protect against various diseases.

Note: While food indeed provides health benefits, it’s also essential to choose food that suits your health type (food that does not cause allergies or reactions), is hygienic, and of good quality. This prevents health issues; consuming unhygienic, poor-quality food that your body reacts negatively to can deteriorate your health, leading to illness and food-related reactions.
